We know our clients’ needs and we tailor our Focus Security Officers to suit. We also know that clients want regular contact with our management team who can be easily contacted 24/7, 365 days a year if called upon.
Our focus on ethical working practices, coupled with in house training of Security Officers to S.I.A standard has culminated in strong market recognition.
The Security Guards we provide will follow a comprehensive set of assignment instructions which we draft and supply once they are approved by the client. Focus Security Guards are required to make regular check calls to our 24 hour Control Centre in order to confirm the safety of the security guards and the client’s premises.
We have the ability to supply the Diester Patrol System and/or Personal Tracker which records the security guards movements throughout the assignment. All records of these systems can be downloaded and checked weekly.
Focus Security Scotland Ltd will complete a full risk assessment prior to the commencement of a security guard contract and any recommendations submitted to the client.
During the Focus Security Guards duty the client’s site will be visited by our Supervisors, Inspectors or Managers to review the guard’s performance. Disciplinary actions and corrective measures would be implemented if any security guard is found to be failing in his or hers duties or where there is any evidence of misconduct or abuse of privilege.
As part of our induction training to all new employees, we emphasize how their role in the community can impact on members of the public, and that their acts and omissions whilst carrying out their duties could cause serious injury or harm to members of the public.
Therefore to ensure that all public footpaths or pedestrian walkways are free from obstructions or any hazard that would cause harm to the public has been identified.
